COASTAL VOYAGE. GARRAF - BUOY VALLCARCA - BUOY PORT GINESTA - ARRIVAL GARRAF.
Departure from near Garraf. Sunny day, something cold. The wind did not miss on this occasion to the event, helping to create a garvi which reached an intensity of 10 knots. Some of the swell, which created some waves. We came
M ยช CRUZ, usual crew of Indian Creek that did not participate in this event and helped us do a good job.
We did a very good start for the top of the line on starboard tack with enough speed. The Vallcarca first beat was still doing a board over, get riding the float in the first place. The descent was Ginesta Port buoy, to maintain a good speed throughout, from the board following a direct course to go aft round, donkey ears, but due to the waves, stay the course became very vague and decided to close and go to length to fit the buoy Port Ginesta also got in the first place.
The rise was the arrival in Garraf the rage we sticking to a single board, finding that the wind was up considerably without losing intensity toward the goal line, we crossed in first place real.
After compensation of times, got the second position, after Allo Allo (SO33iPerf)
In short, a fast and fun racing, with a gorgeous day and the wind did considerable work to all crews.
